Basic day of coordination with all of the essentials for a stress free wedding day.

Our basic package includes unlimited email assistance during the planning process, assistance locating reputable vendors, initial consultation, final consultation, assistance with time lines, creating the processional, and vendor coordination. On the event day package includes: set up and tear down**, 10 hours of service on the event day, and limitless other tiny details that only we as the experts could handle!

$600.00 with one coordinator

$800.00 for two coordinators

Rehearsal fee $50.00

Travel fee $75.00 (one time fee for all consultations, rehearsal, and event day) Areas 25 miles or more from North Port, FL

** set up and tear down of chairs for the ceremony is 1.00 per chair

Are you planning a wedding for 10 or less guests?

We can help you with all of the details that you will need for an intimate (and stress free! ) wedding in our area.

Services available, referrals for hair and make-up, photography referrals, dry-cleaning or pressing service, tiki torch rentals, fresh flower bridal bouquet and boutonierre, cd player with speakers for ceremony, Notary for ceremony. We can arrange for a mini wedding cake, honeymoon suite decor, champagne and strawberries for the bride and groom, and more!
